We have the pleasure to introduce of our company for you. We are a dye house in 10th of Ramadan city in Egypt. We have in our company a mercerizing plan and Dyeing plan for yarn and an agent in Egypt for big spinning companies By cooperation between our company and spinning companies we can produce the following items

1- 100% cotton yarn:

* All count Ne Single and all count Double Carded and Combed for weaing or Hoiert Waxed or Knitting or Sewing Tread

2- Polyester / Cotton yarn Mixture 52/48 or 65/35

* From Ne. 14 up to 40 Single and Double Carede and

Combed for Weaving or Hosiery Waxed

* From Ne. 50 up to 80 Single and Double Combed for

Weaving or Hosiery Waxed

3- Acrylic Cotton type/ Cotton Mixture 50/50 or 65/35

* From Ne. 16 up to 40 Single and Double Carded and

Combed

4- 100% Acrylic yarn ( Woolen Type )

* From NM. 15 up to 48 Single and Double Normal H.Bulk

First: Process Mercerizing:

Our companies El Shehab have new two machines from JAEGGLE-MECCANOTESSILE S.r.l., Italy. model 2004& 2006, using electronic control system Brings in to mercerizing machines process new concept of operational flexibility and Repetitiveness improving at the same time the final quality. Mercerization is a process where cotton is treated in a caustic solution under control tension and then neutralized in an acid. Generally the yarn is passed through a flame at a high speed prior to mercerization to remove excess fibers from the thread surface and give it a higher sheen. This process causes the cotton fibers to swell, resulting in a greater affinity to dyeing and increased tensile strength. Mercerized cotton threads are more expensive than soft cotton threads.

Second: process Dyeing :

The company has different types of machines for dyeing, winding, rewinding and packing of

high efficiency to present and optimum level of services to our agents.

The company has different dyeing machines of the following capacities

1 – for hank dyeing

2 – for cone dyeing
